What is biofeedback? What is neurofeedback?
Biofeedback and neurofeedback are all about influencing otherwise unconscious physical and neuronal functions.
For this purpose, parameters (e.g. skin conductance, temperature, muscle tension, etc.) of the client are recorded and reported live on a screen. The client learns to understand the influence of thoughts, cognitions and other factors on his body and ultimately to influence these parameters.
